Our products are sent in hard backed envelopes or other suitable media so should arrive in excellent condition. If they are damaged please let us know ASAP, with photos of the damage and envelope.

Deliveries can take up-to a week from dispatch, although it is usually 1-2 days. If your delivery has not been received 7 days after the dispatch email, please let us know.

Deliveries over £50 will be sent ‘signed for’. These will require a signature.

Typically, items are sent in an C4/A4 size hard backed envelope. There is a choice of 1st class and 2nd class delivery. Large or special orders may be sent by an alternative suitable means. Our logo may be present on envelopes and other postal media, put a note in the order if an unbranded delivery is required.

All of our products are hand made to order, we aim to dispatch within 7 days of the order being placed. Postage usually takes 1-2 days from shipping. You will receive an email once the order has been shipped.

Our aim is to deliver the finest educational resources to all. This means we have used materials so even the tightest budget is able to obtain our educational resources. We may release premium versions of our products at a later date, in addition to our standard items. Our laminated products can be wiped clean and reused

We can accept returns on most of our standard items that are unopened, unused and include any free items (when applicable). We do not cover the cost of the return and we suggest you return via ‘signed for’ postage. We cannot accept returns for any customised product.
